Streetwear Manufacturer Low MOQ Private Label Production

Launch your streetwear brand with a manufacturer that understands startup reality. We produce for brands shipping 50 to 50,000 units per order.

We work with: Amazon FBA sellers / Shopify brands / 3PL / Wholesalers / POD platforms

Why 60% of Streetwear Brands Start With Less Than 100 Units

Ten years ago, manufacturers required 300-500 unit minimums. Entrepreneurs had to invest thousands before validating a single design. That model buried good ideas under inventory risk.

Now the math has changed. Modular production lines, shorter setup runs, and on-demand color mixing let manufacturers absorb smaller batches without bleeding margin on setup costs. Brands can test 3-5 designs with 50-100 units each, collect real sales data, and scale only what works.

One brand we worked with launched with 50 tee shirts in three colorways. Eighteen months later, they reorder 300 units per drop and have expanded into hoodies and trackpants. Another started with a single hoodie drop of 75 units. That hoodie now accounts for 40% of their revenue.

You do not need 500 units to start a credible streetwear brand. You need a manufacturer with flexible MOQ and a commitment to quality that does not waver between 50 units and 5,000.

The barrier is no longer capital. It is finding a manufacturer you can trust to deliver consistent quality at startup quantities.

Our Factory & Monthly Production Capacity

8,000 square meters near major export shipping hubs. Three production lines configured for streetwear: hoodies, tees, sweatpants, and outerwear. Each line has dedicated equipment for cutting, sewing, printing, and finishing.

45,000 units/month across all product categories

120 workers on staff. 80% on direct production, 20% on QC, logistics, and support. Annual turnover rate below 8% — meaning the people sewing your garments have been doing this for years, not weeks.

We hold OEKO-TEX Standard 100, BSCI, and WRAP certifications. Third-party auditors verify compliance annually. Request our most recent audit report when you place an inquiry.

What We Manufacture: From Hoodies to Trackpants

Core categories that define modern streetwear. Full customization available: fabric weight, color (Pantone-matched), construction details, branding placements.

Customization scope: Fabric weight, color matching (Pantone C/U), construction (pocket placement, hood shape, cuff style), labels (woven, printed, hang tags), packaging (poly bag, box, tissue paper, sticker).

If you need something outside these categories, ask. We manufacturer denim, woven shirts, and accessories on a case-by-case basis.

Fabric Selection for Streetwear: GSM, Blends & Performance

Fabric choice determines how your streetwear feels, how it prints, and how it ages. We guide every client through fabric selection because the wrong GSM or blend will cost you in returns and reviews, even if the construction is perfect.

GSM Guide: When to Go Heavy, When to Stay Light

GSM (grams per square meter) measures fabric weight. Higher GSM does not automatically mean better. It means heavier.

GSM RangeFabric TypeBest UsePrint Compatibility
140-180Lightweight cottonSummer tees, layeringExcellent for DTG, discharge
200-220Standard cottonYear-round teesGood for screen print, DTG
260-300Heavy cotton / Light fleecePremium tees, light hoodiesGood, slight texture visible
320-380French terry / FleeceStreetwear hoodies, sweatshirtsExcellent, smooth surface
400+Heavy fleeceOversized streetwear, workwearGood, requires experienced operator

For most streetwear brands, GSM 320-380 hits the sweet spot: heavy enough that the garment feels substantial, light enough to layer under a jacket without bulk.

Shrinkage Control

French terry shrinks 3-5% if not pre-washed. Fleece shrinks 5-7%. Pure cotton can shrink 7-10% without proper treatment.

Our process: All fleece, French terry, and heavy cotton fabrics go through a pre-wash cycle at 60°C before cutting. Documented shrinkage rate below 3%.

Decoration Techniques: Screen Print, DTG, Embroidery & Beyond

How We Inspect Every Batch: The QC Process Competitors Will Not Show You

Most manufacturers skip this section entirely. They claim quality. We show you exactly how we verify it.

Quality control is not a single checkpoint. It is a continuous process from raw fabric to finished package

Pre-Production Inspection

Before a single garment is cut, we inspect the fabric:

  1. Fabric roll inspection: Each roll checked for defects, shade consistency, GSM verification
  2. Shade comparison: Fabric shade compared against your approved color standard. Shade variance tolerance: Delta E less than 1.5
  3. Shrinkage test: 10cm x 10cm swatch washed and measured. Above 3% triggers rejection
  4. GSM verification: Fabric weight measured. If deviates more than 5% from spec, we halt and consult you

Mid-Production Quality Checks

StageInspection PointWhat We Check
CuttingEvery 50 unitsPattern accuracy, piece dimensions, defect marks
SewingEvery 25 unitsSeam strength, stitch density, tension
PrintingEvery 50 unitsColor match, registration, ink coverage
AssemblyEvery 25 unitsFinal construction, reinforcement points

If defect rate exceeds 3% at any checkpoint, production halts. Root cause is investigated, corrected, and verified before resume.

Final Inspection

Every garment undergoes final inspection using AQL 2.5 standard:

  • Seam integrity: All seams lie flat, no skipped stitches, no loose threads
  • Thread length: No thread ends exceeding 5mm
  • Print quality: No ink bleeding, registration within 2mm tolerance
  • Dimensions: Within 2cm of spec
  • Visual: No contamination, clean finishing
  • Packaging: Correct labels, correct size tags
1.3%

Documented defect rate across all 2024 orders. If batch exceeds 2%, the entire batch is reworked and re-inspected.

We include a QC report with every shipment: inspection photos, defect count, and a statement of compliance.

Communication During Production: When You Will Hear From Us

“I’ve dealt with 15-25 different manufacturers, locally and globally.” Communication is not a nice-to-have. It is the difference between a smooth production run and a disaster you discover at customs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

Standard MOQ is 50 units per design for most categories. For multi-color orders, the per-color minimum applies (50 units per color).

Yes. Every order includes a sample as a separate line item. Timeline is 7-10 days. Fees range from $60-180 depending on complexity. 80% of your sample fee is credited toward bulk orders of 200+ units.

If your bulk order does not match the approved sample standard, we rework the entire batch at our cost. We keep your approved sample on file. Before shipping, every unit is checked against the sample spec.

We provide OEKO-TEX, BSCI, and WRAP certificates with current audit dates. We can arrange a video walkthrough of our facility before you place an order. We also accept third-party inspection companies (SGS, Bureau Veritas) for pre-shipment inspection at your cost.

Photos and written updates at each milestone: cutting, sewing start, decoration, final inspection, and shipping. Your production coordinator is your direct contact and responds within 24 hours. If a problem arises, we call you directly.

Sample: 7-10 days. Bulk: 21 days from deposit to port departure. Express shipping adds 3-5 days. Sea freight adds 25-35 days. We build in a 5-day buffer. Peak season (Oct-Jan) adds 3-5 days.

Bulk orders: T/T, Wise, L/C (for orders $10,000+). Samples: PayPal, credit card. Payment schedule: 30% deposit, 40% at production start, 30% before shipping.

Artwork files stored on restricted-access servers and deleted 90 days after order completion. We sign NDAs upon request. We do not use client designs or photos in marketing without written consent.

Monthly capacity is 45,000 units across all product categories. We have produced orders from 50 units to 10,000+ units for the same brand. The production process scales; the quality standard does not change.

Screen printing is most cost-effective at 100+ units per color. DTG is best for photographic artwork at 50+ units. Embroidery communicates premium positioning. Puff/3D print creates signature streetwear dimensional effect. We guide technique selection based on your artwork, quantity, and budget.
